Water pump for emptying

Avoid heavy lifting (and splashing water) when the farrowing trough needs to be emptied. Place the pump in the trough, connect a hose and lead the hose to a drain. The trough will be emptied in no time – with no effort.

The pump is quiet and has a very high flow rate of 2,000 litres per hour – practical when large amounts of water need to be moved. It is also great for other uses – for emptying the kids’ paddling pool or the garden pond. The pump has suction cups on the underside so it stands firmly in place.

How to use the pump:

• Attach the hose to the pump outlet.
• Lead the hose to a drain – if needed, tape the hose to the floor with painter’s tape so it doesn’t move.
• Place the pump in the water (it is completely waterproof).
• Connect the power and switch on the pump.
• The pump empties a full farrowing crate trough in approx. 20–30 minutes.

Two adapters are included, allowing it to be used with different sizes of water hoses. 

The smaller of the two outlets fits standard-size garden hoses. The pump has a Danish plug. Printed instructions in English.
