Ready Mama - Organic Birth Tea

Ready Mamma from French brand Ilado is a delightful organic herbal tea specially developed for pregnant women in their 8th-9th month. The infusion contains raspberry leaves, which are used to mature and prepare the uterus for effective contractions on the day.

The final stages of pregnancy can be tough and tiring, so raspberry leaves are combined with lemon balm to promote restful sleep, lavender known for its relaxing effect, and rose to relieve stress and provide a sense of well-being.

To fully benefit from all the good properties in this tea, we recommend preparing it as follows:

1. Put 1 tablespoon of tea (equivalent to 3 grams) in a pot.
2. Pour 2-2½ dl of cold water over.
3. Bring the water to a boil.
4. Once the water boils, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid.
5. Let the infusion steep for 10 minutes.
6. Say and pour the finished tea into your favorite cup.
7. Take a moment to close your eyes and take a deep breath while enjoying the lovely scent.
8. Drink the tea slowly, while visualizing the plants' beneficial properties flowing through your body to where you need them most.
   

You can also easily prepare your tea in a more classic way by simply pouring boiling water over the herbs and letting the infusion steep for 10 minutes.
