To fully benefit from all the good properties in this tea, we recommend preparing it as follows:
- Put 1 tablespoon of tea (equivalent to 3 grams) in a pot.
- Pour 2-2½ dl of cold water over.
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Once the water boils, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid.
- Let the infusion steep for 10 minutes.
- Say and pour the finished tea into your favorite cup.
- Take a moment to close your eyes and take a deep breath while enjoying the lovely scent.
- Drink the tea slowly, while visualizing the plants' beneficial properties flowing through your body to where you need them most.
You can also easily prepare your tea in a more classic way by simply pouring boiling water over the herbs and letting the infusion steep for 10 minutes.
